Principal
Donald R. Galloway (Don) developed a passion for OD / OE while completing his BA at the University of British Columbia (sociology of work, labor economics, and industrial psychology). He also received an MBA from Oxford Brookes University (UK) and SHRP designation through SHRM. Don started working as a Human Resource professional in 1972 and has enjoyed an exciting and rewarding career working HRM for advanced manufacturing organizations such as Weyerhaeuser Company and Buckeye Technologies Inc. (formerly a Division of Proctor & Gamble). Don also has significant experience working HRM in various government organizations.
